Level 1 Travelator Upgrade Works

We are removing the Level 1 travelator to install a NEW LIFT, improving access between Level 1 and the Clow Street Carpark for all visitors.

What to expect during the works:
– Access between Level 1 and the Clow Street Carpark will be temporarily unavailable.
– We recommend entering the centre via the Level 2 or Level 3 Clow Street Carpark entries during this time.
– Access between Levels 1 to 3 elsewhere in the centre remains unchanged.
– All Level 1 stores will remain open throughout the works.

Please follow centre signage for clearly marked alternative access routes.

Level 1 Amenities – Temporary Closures
During certain stages of the upgrade, Level 1 amenities will be temporarily unavailable.

Alternative amenities are available on Level 2, located near Billy’s Pantry or the Food Court.
