Ingredients: 1 kg chicken (mixed parts – thighs, drumsticks, breast) ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup vinegar 1 cup water 1 onion, sliced 6 garlic cloves, crushed 2 bay leaves 1 tsp peppercorns 1 tbsp oil 🍯 Optional: 1–2 tsp sugar (for a sweeter adobo) Instructions: Step 1: Heat oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Step 2: Add chicken and sear until lightly browned. Step 3: Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Add bay leaves and peppercorns.
